Return & Refund Policy – FuluFashion

Damaged & Not Working Products (Faulty)

We will cater complaints received within 30 days of delivery without any rebuttal.

Resolution:

1. If Customer Complains within 7 Days:

  • If a customer files a complaint within 7 days, FuluFashion will bear the cost of reverse pick-up.
  • The product will first be picked up from the customer and checked in our warehouse for intact condition.
  • After verification, the product will be replaced.

2. If Customer Complains After 7 Days:

  •  If a customer files a complaint after 7 days, the customer will bear the reverse pick-up cost (20 AED).
  • The rest of the process will remain the same.

Customer Satisfaction Issue

1. Cosmetic Products:

  • If the product is unsealed/used/tested, FuluFashion will not accept the complaint and will politely apologize.
  • If the seal is not broken, the case will be forwarded to our dedicated team and resolved within 5–7 working days.

2. Electronic Products:

  • If the product is not faulty, we do not provide a rebuttal.
  • Customers may return the item by paying delivery + reverse pick-up charges (35 AED).
  • If a customer complains about the charges, they may be reduced to a maximum of 25 AED.
